Greetings of peace.

This has reference to the application of MS. STEPHANIE OXALES VALENZUELA to be

an Exchange Teacher for English Education and Cultural Integration Program funded by
the Government of Japan. The applicant was a student of the undersigned in Bicol
University College of Business, Economics and Management in Daraga, Albay,
Philippines since 2017 until she was enrolled in a Master’s Program in the same
University in 2020.

Ms. Valenzuela exhibited diligence in her study, can get along well with her classmates
and was responsible in performing assigned tasks. I believe that she will be best fit on
the task of an ALT and she will be able to effectively deliver the functions required by
the position.
