Dear General Manager

I am writing to complain about the lack of cleanliness and order in the


facilities of your establishment in addition to poor food preparation.

I am a frequent customer of your establishment and in my last 2 visits I


could notice that the facilities are not in the best way as you can notice the
lack of cleanliness and order in each of its sections.

I would also like to emphasize the point of the attention that your employees
provide to your customers as it is quite improvable due to the unfriendly
treatment they provide to customers.

As a final point I would like to say that I hope this matter is resolved and
the customer-business relationship is improved.

I am writing to make a complaint and express my great dissatisfaction with


your establishment because the place is in terrible conditions, most of the
things are very dirty and messy and the food is disgusting.

I am a very frequent customer of your business and in my previous visits


to your establishment things were not as bad as they are now.

I would also like to express my displeasure towards the staff as they have
a very rude attitude towards the customers and the food they serve tastes
very bad.

As a customer I demand my rights and hope to receive a refund or


compensation for the bad stay I had in your business.
