This assignment has two parts.

Part 1: Design the exercises as assigned. (5pts)
 Reading passages: With the passage assigned to you, you have to
1. Design an exercise in the form of text completion with 10 numbered blanks. (2.5pts)
2. Design an 8-multiple-choice-question exercise. (2.5pts)
Part 2: Case study (5pts)
 Choose a company that you know well. The company can be either an international or a local one.
(0.5pt)
 Write an overview of the company operation (50 words). (1pt)
 Write paragraphs (maximum 200 words) about the problems (regarding their supply chain, their
suppliers, unexpected increases in demand, their logistics strategies, or their being
environmentally sensitive at the stages in their supply chain ) they have to face during the
COVID-19 pandemic. (1.5pts)
 Suggest the possible solutions for the problems. Discuss the solutions in appropriate paragraphs
(maximum 200 words). (2pts)
