5. Sketch of the business location
- Map drawn from observation rather than from exact survey measurements and
showing only the main features of the area.
6. Occupancy permit
- To confirm that the house or building is in a suitable living condition considering its
compliance to the provisions of the code and to the submitted plans and
specifications. However, a process should be conducted first before having an
Occupancy Permit.

A minimum of 1000sqm but since we have a minimart we acquired 1600sqm for
future planning of our business, with a 2 island 3 Pumps for proper accommodation.

OIL TANK UNDERGROUND REQUIREMENTS

 MUST BE BURIED a minimum of 5ft FROM FILLER PIPE LINE to fuel tank.

 Fuel tank size 8mx45m (675gallon capacity)
 A life expectancy of 20 to 30 years
 Must be cathodic protection or corrosion resistant coating.
 Must be buried 20m away from Minimart
 Weekly/daily monitoring of spillage or leaking.
