Q1: Express the following numbers in signed decimal: (4)

Q2: Represent the two floating point numbers below in 10 bit precision, where 3 bits are
kept for the exponent, 6 bits for the mantissa and 1 bit for the sign. Then add these
numbers in same format and verify your answer. Assume the bias value is 3: The
numbers are −25.25 and +20.5 (6)
