Summary of Parents teacher Meeting 27th November, 2021

Teacher name: Ummara Subjects: Science (VI), Geography (VI, VII), Biology (VIIC, IX M, IX C)

Science:

Overall response was good. Students have improved grades. One mother wanted more IT integrated lessons with
presentations. New comer students have some previous incomplete work. I am trying to cover that in revision
lessons.

Geography:

Grade VI geography has shown good results. There were some concerns about Grade VII geography. Students are
finding the subject difficult. Feedback: Students concepts are not clear. Some cannot even differentiate between
Provinces of Pakistan and neighboring countries. Categorize the class into group A Group B and group C. Will
discuss the plan with the subject lead and management.

Biology VIII C:

Only two parents showed up. Ayaan has shown improvement from “E” to “D”. Hashir Nadeem hasn’t shown
any . He is still on “C”. His father wants extra homework. I am Working on that. I sent a worksheet today in the
group.

Biology IX C:

No parents showed up.

Biology IX M:

Two parents showed up. Both parents were satisfied.

Overall Opinion:

It was a good experience. I will focus on geography. Already have a revision plan. I will try to focus on students
who are lacking in this subject.
