1. Simbang Gabi donation

 RISO Pres suggested an ‘in kind’ amount (Php 2,000.00) to donate in the event of PINK ARMY
GUINOBATAN’s “Libreng Lugaw Ni Leni”.
 The Business Managers —John Steve Magdaong and Shaira Alessandra Serrano are held
responsible for the budget proposal/reso.
 RISO President and RISO Treasurer will withdraw upon approval of the reso and give the actual
money/donation to the organizers.
 The volunteer(s) for the “Lugaw ni Leni” is optional.

2. Oath taking ceremony

 The oath-taking ceremony will take place on December 13, 2021 via Google Meet and to be live-
stream in RISO FB Page.
 A proposed pictorial of RISO officers was suggested by the RISO Pres.
 Upon approval of the letter, RISO will seek help from the CSC to make this event happen.

3. Paskuhan
 Collaboration Event with BUIC.
 RISO Pres and VP will be in-charge to the event.
4. Plebiscite
 The letter will be sent to the respective blocks in order to have a unanimous decision whether or
not to pay Php 1,000.00 membership fee (old constitution and by-laws).

5. Other matters:
 Uploading of Pubmats about “Bikolano ako Dahil…”
 RISO officers penalty: failure to attend the meetings, a sanction will be given to the officers.
