1 -Strengths :whole foods has a strong brand image and offers a high quality products which help this
company to attract customers to its store , and at the same time beating the competitors that offers
cheap but at a low quality . In addition , whole foods is a very organized store and has a highly
motivated workforce which enable it to increase its productivity .

2-Weaknesses : whole foods is only localized in us which make it unarmed because of the changing in
the us economy while others stores have many locations across the world .In plus , the high prices of
whole foods make it less attractive to customers who would rather buy cheap goods .

3-Opportunities : whole foods can expand its store in order to produce more organic and healthy
products and at the same time , whole foods can adjust its prices while maintaining the quality of its
products in order to attract more consumers and to beat more the competitors .

4-Threats : whole foods faces the threats of low cost competition from others stores which attract
customers by offering a healthy and organic food based on a low prices .Moreover , the rise of GMO in
the markets it affect the ability of whole foods to produce the healthy and organic products that have no
GMO ingredients . In addition , global warming presents a threat against whole foods market , when
climate change it will affect the production of foods .
