Mở đầu:

Good morning everyone!

On behalf of my team, allow me to extend a warm welcome to all of you.
My name is Ngoc Anh and I am delighted to be here today to talk to you about our
topic: How to Achieve Effective Teamwork in the Workplace. (slide 1)
Have you ever heard about this quote?
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” (slide 2)
And it shows the importance of teamwork.
To make it clearer, I will show you some reasons why teamwork plays an
important role in the workplace.
First, New Ideas.
Teamwork among a diverse group of people will reveal new, fresh ideas.
The differing ages, backgrounds, skill sets, and experience levels of a team means that there’re
unique perspectives just waiting to be heard.
When you create a safe space where individuals can work together as a team without
the fear of criticism, new ideas will start to flow.
Let’s me clue you in the next reason: Better Quality
The quality you expect from your project (or just your business in general) may be
too much for one person to handle. But with teamwork, you get the best that everyone has
to offer.
As a result, you can receive a better quality because you’re not relying on only one
person.
There are many reasons left but our time is limited. So I’ll show you the final
reason: More Learning Opportunities
Working as a team allows your employees to see the successes and failures of
others in a supportive environment.
For example, when things go awry, the team can pull together to make them better.
But in the process, everyone learns what not to do next time. That can provide insight
into how to get things done more effectively.

Now, let’s move to the next part. we'll give you 8 tips to achieve effective
teamwork in the workplace.
1. You should set a clear goal.
For successful teamwork to be possible, clear goals as well as team objectives
need to be shared.
Setting clear goals will also means that each member on your team knows what
they are working on and how to do it in the right way.
The more clear goals are defined, the more precise the output of the team will be.
