Subject: Request for extension of date to pay academic fee

Respected Sir,
I am a student of your esteemed university, and I am pursuing
B. Tech in CSE from your prestigious university. I am writing
this letter to request you to extend the submission period of
fee payment by a week. As we all know, many families and
students have suffered financially due to the pandemic. My
family is also the one who have faced the financial losses. So
due to this I need a week extra for managing the fees for my
academics.

I am hoping that you would consider my situation and grant
