business leads to pros and cons for students. I partially agree that social media is an effective
business platforms for university undergraduates.

I partially agree that social media is an effective business platforms for university
undergraduates as it builds leadership quality and increases internal strength. Students think
creatively on how to promote their products via social media such as Facebook. They are
more socialize with more people and enhance their hidden talents. As a result, using social
media as a business platforms benefits students to adopt new skills.

Moreover, using social media for business provides a golden opportunity for students to
increase their income. Posting and advertise more products on social media attract more
customers. These benefits students to achieve customers targets which might rises their
income. This good fortune not only increase their income but teaches the ways to invest in a
business to gain profit.

However, students fail to maintain customer satisfaction and trust when doing online business
via social media. The overloaded assignments and exams will put them under pressure and
they fail to show their continuous strategies in their business. According to Atlantis Press,
university students who conduct online business will be unable to attract customers because
customer have low trust and reduce to purchase things from them.

In conclusion, I agree to a certain extent that social media is an effective business platform to
build strong personality skills. Besides that, students increase their income via online
business. However, students feel difficult to maintain a good relationship with customers. To
overcome this problem, students need to manage time wisely and broaden strategies that keep
customers satisfied.
