Jackfruit Gyros

Pile this spicy jackfruit lling into warmed pitas, and serve with soy yogurt, shredded lettuce, sliced onions and tomatoes, and a dash of hot
sauce.

onion, and sauté 3 to 4 minutes, or until softened. Add jackfruit, and
