What do you understand about SELF TESTING ACTIVITIES?

Self Testing Activities it is the exercise to test an individual strength and weakness and it is a test can be
administered to one self. And we have a type of self testing activities its is a Loco-motor movement and
Non loco-motor . Self testing activities this course aim to asses and analyze the student‘s physical fitness
capabilities. Activities concentrate on the basic of physical fitness and dance aerobics as the practice of
development. Fitness testing is the great way to monitor and asses student‘s ability as it relates to
aerobics fitness, strength and flexibility. It can also help student understand how healthy they are learn
to set goals to improve their health related fitness
