Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wa barakatuh

It was August 21,2015 when I was sent to Sharjah Wasit Police Station by my boss himself Mr.
Mohd Abdulwahed for the crime case of breach of trust.he accused me of getting the money for
total 173,000aed in his office real estate company located in Al Jazzat road riqqa street Sharjah
UAE.I was transferred to female central jail Sharjah on August 22,2015 and brought to Sharjah
Court the following day for nyabah.case number 8512/2015.

My first hearing was done September 13,2015 and the judgement on 28th same month with
verdict FOUR MONTHS PLUS DEPORTATION. I applied for appeal and signed same time the
following day on 29th and brought to Sharjah Court again on November 3rd and appeal was
approved and brought me to deportation cell/room to get ready for deport and made a request
to Mr.Mohd Abdulwahed about my passport for it was in his hands since I started working in his
company.

It was December 20,2015 my passport was sent to me but with new civil case same amount ,
173,000aed.case number 5079/2015

I was brought to Sharjah Court on January 5,2016 for first settlement. No one was there from
Mr.Mohd Abdulwahed side. January 17th and 31st 2016 I applied for khafala or bail but to no
availability.during this time my health was not good.i was having medication for type 2 diabetes,
blood pressure and asthma problem.

Again to no availability on February 3rd and 8th 2016.Nothing happened in Sharjah Court.i was
just sent there and returned back to jail.

March 1,2016 again to Sharjah Court and on 22th my khafala application was rejected.

It was September 22,2016 i was sent to the office of captain mona.i answered all her questions
and brought back to my cell room.September 26,2016 I received a very sad news from my
children(two sons) that their father, my husband died due to by bust operation in the
Philippines.

November 7,2016 I got a visitor, a lawyer from Philippines consulate Dubai. Atty. Eissa
December 7,2016 I signed a special power of attorney to be given to atty.eissa from Philippines
consulate Dubai

January 7,2017 I received a letter that my khafala application was again rejected.

It was February 15,2017 when I got the AFFRAGE .I was sent out from Sharjah female central
jail in the evening and told me to come back for the paper.

Mr.Mohd Abdulwahed requested me to go back his company again but the position and work
will not be the same again for I was working in his company as the manager, accountant,
receptionist, secretary,caretaker of his 28 villas located same place above-mentioned address.

It was March 1,2017 my starting date again for the salary of 1,500aed. But from that agreement
I never received my salary that urged me to complain against him

It was July 27,2017 I started my labour complain to Mr.Mohd Abdulwahed for not giving me my
salary for the new contract.including my previous work in his company as manager, accountant,
receptionist, secretary, caretaker for the salary of 2,500 for having a labour visa(housemaid)
category (attached all my TAWKIL).the court hearings went on and on.

March 28,2018 my labour complain was rejected and with the help of atty eissa from Philippines
consulate I managed to make appeal and the last the outcome is very sad.i will just receive
small amount from that complain and till now am not getting any amount.

I wrote this letter to seek help from you .your honor to finish or close my civil case 5079 /2015
for I already spent one year five months and

Twenty four days in Sharjah female central jail.
