Adrian :Yes.Who am I speaking to?

Tiara :Mr.Adrian,I’m Miss Tiara.You daughter’s teacher.

Adrian :Oh,of course,Miss Tiara.What can I do for you?

Tiara :I’m sorry to bother you,but I would like to arrange an appointment to discuss about Nabila.

Adrian :Is there anything wrong with Nabila,Miss?

Tiara :I won’t say there is.I’m merely concern over something and I think it’s best if we can talk

directly.
Adrian :Sure.Do you have any time on your mind?

Tiara :I do.Would you be available on Friday afternoon after the class is over?

Adrian :This Friday?Oh,I’m terribly sorry,Miss Tiara,but I will be away by then through the weekend for

a seminar out of town.But,wait,if it’s reall urgent,I think I can wiggle some room for Friday morning.

Tiara :Hmm… Unfortunately I already have another appointment Friday morning,Mr.Adrian.Would

you be free to meet early next week,though?

Adrian :I will free up my Monday for you.

Tiara :All right,then Monday sounds fine.Shall we meet around 03.30 in the afternoon?

Adrian :Of course.Monday afternoon it is.

Tiara :Please,let me know if your plan changes and the time is not suitable for you.

Adrian :I will,I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
