1) What is sales funnel?

Sales funnel is the process that goes through to become a customer. In the sales funnel each
stage of the funnel takes the buyer one step closer to making a purchase. A well-planned sales
funnel will define how you can take the customer more closely to the product for purchasing.

2) What are the processes and stage involved in making sales?

Process and stage involved in sale are:-

 Prospect for leads.

 Contact potential customers
 Qualify the customers
 Present your product
 Overcome customer objections
 Close the sale
 Generate referrals

3) Differentiate marketing funnel & sales funnel?

Marketing funnel advertises a product or service to give leads a reason to buy. Whereas,
the sales funnel deals with the leads from the marketing funnel, enticing them to buy, not once,
but as often as possible.

4) If you’re facing any objection from your leads and how are you going to overcome
them in order to convert them into a valuable customer of your corporation?

I will try to clear all the doubt in customer mind regarding the product or service. I will convince
that the particular product or service will be essential or helpful to him in future, assure him or
her importance of the product.

5) Explain the sales funnel with a real time example or a case study.

The best example could be of Zomato:-

Once a person login in to Zomato app the company consider the particular person as lead but
the lead has not order yet then the target for the zomato employee is to convert that lead into
a customer by sending him the excited offers and vouchers to that person. Once the person
order a particular food item the work for the sales team is to keep the particular person
updating that he have to order again and again making him a potential customer.
The sales funnel include off:-

Finding a customer and making him app download.

Making the person to order something from application.

Convert the customer in to the potential customer or retain the customer.
