SOCIAL DILEMMA

In this contemporary world, social media has gained in popularity because of its user-friendly
features. Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc. are giving us a chance to
connect with each other regardless of geographic boundaries. According to the statistic, there were
around 68 million Facebook users in Vietnam in 2020, accounting for 67% of its entire population.
This makes us wonder why it is so powerful. In other words, the platforms that connect us also
control us in many ways that we cannot imagine.
