Directions for Individual Presentations

 No two working groups (across all sections 1-6) can choose the same company
 You can choose any company, and present different aspects of that company (new
product/financial status/any HR issue of the company/etc. – avoid the ‘history’ of the
company)
 During presentation, you would assume the role of a management student, presenting to
your peers.
 Send your choice to the class rep., who will in turn send the list to us by – September 26
2021.
 We would have formal presentations of three groups in each session; the names of the
groups would be informed the previous day. 
 You need to include the references in your ppt.  Follow APA style for writing the references
 Each student is given 4 minutes for presentation. (20 minutes for a 5 member group and 24
minutes for a 6 member group)
 The slides presented by each student will be individually marked
 Presentations have a weight of 20%.  The criteria for evaluation are:
- Content & Organization - Intro., Body, Conclusion – with apt transitions (10 marks);
- PPTs (10 marks);
- Style & Delivery – Verbal (10 marks);
- Style & Delivery – Non-verbal, including body language, posture, grooming and
attire(formal for both men and ladies – need not wear blazer, but wearing tie is
compulsory for men) (10 marks)
- Time Management (10 marks) – total 50 marks
