ELOoffice Link for CAD offers as a cost-efficient solution for the admini-
stration of all documents complete CAD functionality:
· Recognition of Header-Information (Attributes)
Automatic takeover of the drawing information from the CAD-file.
· Administration of external references
Recognition of the external references contained in the drawing and
comfortable maintenance during archiving.
· MultiCAD-Platform
ELOoffice Link for CAD is not bound to certain CAD-systems and
supports the most common formats (i.e. AutoCAD, MicroStation and
Nemetschek). Further CAD-solutions are also available.
· Providing CAD-Data throughout the whole company
CAD-drawings are available on all PC workplaces, without a CAD-
System actually being installed. This saves expensive CAD-Licenses
and accelerates inner-company operations. With this viewing and
plotting out of drawings is possible everywhere. Optional red-lining
is supported.
· Comfortable Email Function
Drawings and references can be easily sent via the available mail-
program (e.g. MS Outlook, optionally Lotus Notes). With this drawing
lists and shipping protocols are generated automatically.
· Avoiding redundancy
ELOoffice Link for CAD recognises identical versions of references in
the archive and avoids multiple filing.
