PREPARATION
▪ First, season the chicken with salt and pepper.
▪ Then, in a stewpot add the water, the chicken's prey, the kion and the celery.
▪ As soon as the water boils, add garlic, pepper and salt. Mix.
▪ After, cook for at least 35 minutes until the chicken is almost soft. Add the yellow
potato and then the noodles. Cook for about 10 minutes.
▪ Finally, serve the chicken broth very hot in a deep dish and decorate with chopped
chinese onion. Put the lemons on a plate to serve to taste.
