Campbell, also known as Ozzie, did carry, openly and concealed on or about his person, in a place other than his dwelling place, place of business or on other land possessed by him, a pistol, without a license issued pursuant to law. FOURTH COUNT: On or about August 31, 2011, within the District of Columbia, Phillip Glover, also known as Shoestring, was an accessory after the fact to the murder set forth in the first count of this indictment, in that he relieved, comforted, and assisted Anthony H. Campbell, also known as Ozzie, knowing that Anthony H. Campbell, also known as Ozzie had committed that crime, by assisting Anthony H. Campbell, also known as Ozzie by obtaining gasoline, towing a vehicle containing Antwain Henderson’s body, and setting a vehicle on fire in Maryland with intent to hinder and prevent the apprehension, trial and punishment of Anthony H.
