"Should Alex Pull the Plug or Take the Deal?

Alex should take the deal from what his partner proposes in which they are going to sell
it to Kazakhs investor and should be benefited from all of the works they’ve done on their
project. As we all know, everything is uncertain. We don’t know when will be the end of the
pandemic. We don’t know if after the pandemic, everything from the past will still be the same.
What was Alex thinking about what would be the market look like in a year can be happen. They
don’t know if the economy can recover as soon as the pandemic end. They also don’t know if
companies will still going to use offices to work or maybe they will let their employees to work
from their respective home. Flexible work is what other companies adopting right now. Due to
the new technologies that we have, flexible working is more convenient as they can already work
anytime and anywhere. If it happens, commercial buildings just like of their project will not be
needed anymore and there’s a possibility that the value of it will depreciate. So for me, Alex
should accept the offer for them to get back the money they’ve spent on it.
