Reflection

The 30 days workout challenge made me realize that I can do my workouts


even if I think it is impossible, but it helped me to be more responsible, and
my body adapts to the pain when I do the workout routine each in every day.
It helps me to sleep on time because my body is tired, and it needs to rest
every day. It also balances my diet when eating and helps me to avoid
unhealthy foods like chips, instant noodles, and many more because it can
affect my health or it causes sickness if it's too much. Back in the day when
I was still in my junior year, my school has a CAT subject every Friday that
is included in our report card because it helps us to be responsible and fit
when it comes to our body and mind. Also, I was in a dance troupe that
represents the school and it made my health so unbalance because when I
finished in my CAT day, I would go to the gym and do more workouts, and
it's too much to take that made my body so tired. In the 30 days challenge,
it helps me to balance it all so that I can make my body healthy and fit. And
it made me realize that I can reach my goal if I wanted to achieve it.
