III. Introduction of the machine

1.Whose structure
■ Totally European streamlined design, Monoblock welded steel frame rigid & Heat
Treated.

■ our machine designed according to the most modern design and performances point
of view.
■ The machines are designed by experienced engineers using FEM & DOE analysis
techniques.

2.The machine production and processing

▀ The whole machine is designed according to JB/T2257.2-92(China National
standard) “plate bending machine technical conditions" and GB/T14349-93 "plate
bending machine precision", all the parts of this machine are using computer graphics,
computer element analysis, computer aided manufacturing, we use CAD, CAE, CAM
software for machine structure design, and fully guaranteed the structural
strength enough and rigid of each machine component.
▀ The whole steel frame welded structure, made the press brake thick, high
rigidity, strong shock anti-knock.
▀ The mechanical structure of the machine is mainly composed of a frame, a
worktable, a ram, a main oil cylinder and the rear stopper, etc. With perfect design
and improved the manufacturing processing, we can effectively guarantee the
accuracy of the machine manufacturing and using.

The main structure of the manufacturing process are as follows(with online

inspection):

▀ Upper moving bending design, stable working, convenient operation, and safety
guaranteed.
▀ The machine frame, slide, table and other major parts are using the large-scale
NC boring and milling machine, with one-time clamping and refined
processing, guarantees the precision requirements of the operator.
▀ The machine tool guide rail adopts an advanced self-lubricating materials,
lubrication and maintenance does not need frequently.
▀ We adopted LVD company’s technology, and developed the long rails bending
machine, which has ability to hold partial load, especially suitable for thin
plate bending. The design of work table, column, beam, slider use higher stiffness
parts, workpiece deformation is small when working, therefore, the work piece

has good linearity and angle.

3. Electrial system:

Standard, safe and reliable, strong anti interference capability..

■ Foot pedal conforming to CE regulation.

4.Hydraulic system
▀The Proportional valve adopts the Rexroth which performance is stable and reliable.
▀We use Siemens motor, which has strong power and low noise.
▀ The sealing rings are from NOK company, Japan, has good sealing
performance, reliable working performance, long service life.
▀The machine has a visual display of the oil level and oil temperature.
▀The compact structure, making the machine good sealing performance, long service
life.
▀ The machine can work continuously under the rated load, the hydraulic system
leak free and stable, also has high accuracy.

5.Bending die (customized option)

■The above die drawing is only for your reference

■Up punching dies will be cut into section as the requirement as below ,

■The equipped standard Dies, special non-standard mold is available under client's
requirement according to real workpiece situation.

6. Synchronous control of the main oil cylinder.

▀ The machine has small parts around the main cylinder, movement is by the
synchronous shaft mechanical synchronization to enforce synchronization, so it can
maintain a higher stability in operation. When the machine on processing, pressure
concentration within the cylinder precision screw mechanical block, the internal
pressure self-digest. Together with the latest designed of long rail, the parts can
hold a certain partial load, and can keep the high precision of bending.

7.W-axis crowning system (Option for CNC bending machine )

■ Equipped the standard hydraulic crowning, (option for Mechanical crowning).

■cnc press brake is equipped with the active crowning system , simply one of the best
crowning system on the market.
■ No matter how you act your crowning system (villa Mechanical or hydraulic
crowning) the key is how you manage your crowning system.

8.Back Gauge: Serie RPS(Option for cnc system )

Finger guard works during the foot pedal controlled bending process
=> hands remain free for the operation with the slug.
Increase of productivity due to programmable adaptation of the AKAS® II to the
individual overrun traverses of the machine
■ The back gauge RPS consists of a one-piece structure ,driven by rack and pinion
travelling on recirculation balls linear guides. It includes an X and R axes(depth and
height) in the stand configuration and is fitted with two reference back fingers,
mounted on linear guides.
■ The guide profile is made of an aluminum extruded
part which design grant a high rigidity and thus
precision.

■ All axes of the back gauge are programmed for

maxi\mum speed for all movements and for deceleration
when nearing requested distances.

■ The back gauge has an integrated safety device so

that it cannot hit the tools and which varies according to
the size of the lower tool. The system can be upgraded
(optional) up to 6 axes (X-R-Z1-Z2-X1-X2)and
additional back gauge fingers may be fitted on request.

■ The back gauge rps is characterized by:

·High seed.

·High accuracy and reliability.

·The movements of the X and Z axes made with helical gears with modular pitch.

·The movements of the axes X and R have transimission parts hardened and ground.

·Z movement is made with transmission spur, with cutrack modular ptch accuracy.

·Up to 75 degrees of curvature conical.

· All this leads to less noise, greater and greater precision.
