Several weeks ago, my parents and I went to our hometown to see our
relatives during the holiday. We knew that traveling was not recommended
during the pandemic. However, we assumed that seeing our relative for one day
would be safe.
About a week after my return home, I had symptoms that looked like a mild
cold. I had a slight cough and congestion. I didn’t want to take a COVID-19 test
because my parents didn’t feel the symptoms. I believed that I just had a
common cold. During that time, I couldn’t smell or taste anything. While brushing
my teeth in the morning, I found my toothpaste tasted like water.
Observing the symptoms, my father brought me to the hospital for a COVID-
19 test. After my test, I told myself that I didn’t need to worry but I couldn’t focus
on anything for several days. Then I knew the result when my father said “Your
COVID-19 test is positive”. I didn’t want to believe it. I had done everything right.
How could I possibly contaminated?
My condition got worse after that. I felt fortunate because the disease had
taken thousands of lives. I spent two weeks isolating myself inside my house,
spending my time by reading and watching plenty of movies. My parents
received negative test results, but the three of us continued to quarantine in the
house just to be safe.

storms there can be outages and sagging of breaking tree limbs. The most
dangerous ice storm is the crippling variety. This category of storm causes

one inch. Due to severe damage to trees and electrical connection, electricity
