Job Responsibilities:

• To look after & maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) for both sales &
service area.

TATA MOTORS LTD (PCBU)

Ten Months experience in TATA MOTORS (PCBU) as Customer Support Coordinator (Contractual)
in Service Department. My job was to look after all dealers &authorized service station in
Jaipur & meet JDP Customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle customer complaints regarding service of their vehicle if any.

• To look after CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) of all dealers & Tass for JDP
Customers. Low Meet customer personally and resolve their complaints.
• To give training to dealer team regarding PDQCTC.
• To take up matter with TATA MOTORS for serious issues.
• Help and guide dealers to achieve high CSI scores.
• Give training regarding same day delivery (SDD), Quality check, Courtesy,
Costing of service, timely delivery.
• To do internal audit and improve the areas in which they are lagging behind.
• After Joining, we had improved in JDP Scores and TATA MOTORS achieved 5 th
position in JDP CSI from its 8th position.

TATA MOTORS LTD (CVBU)

Took internal transfer from PCBU to CVBU & currently working as a Area Parts Manager
(contractual) in SPD, provide commercial vehicle parts (from order to delivery), there credit
management, status, targets. Working on SAP (material management); Managing business of Rs.
20Cr. Annually.

Job Responsibilities:

• To Look after all Dealer /Tass regading their Credits , Back Order and Sale of
Spare parts
• To increase sales by achieving targets of dealers / tass
• To arrange parts from warehouse or plant in case of Off road vehicles (VOR)
 • To help both sales and service team regarding their parts requirement.
• To make internal audit at dealers and push them to increase spare parts
sales.
• To Prepare Monthly target sheet & forward to all dealers and make a monthly
plan to achieve good sales.
• To visit dealers for serious and critical issues regarding parts requirement or
accidental case.
• To look after claims of dealers & Tasses regarding short supply / damaged
supply / wrong supply of parts.
• Report to Regional Parts Manager regarding sales and target achievements.

warehouses according to stock availability.
• Working as a team and manage both rajasthan areas (R1 & R2) for spare
parts sale.
• Monthly visit to warehouses to make parts available and also settlement of
claims.
