Myself Mazhar Hussain, PhD Application number : 459, I got offer letter for or
admission to the Ph.D. Program
in the Center for Interdisciplinary Program at IIT Hyderabad in the
Interdisciplinary Project of
Project #6 Droplet Microswimmers in Soft Micro-Confinements.

I have got few offers from other institutes, after thought process i have decided
to withdraw the acceptance of seat
in the above mentioned program.

Kindly please do consider this request from my side. Further sir can you please
state,
1. Is there any official forms to fill up for withdrawl of the seat?
2. Will i get any refund from the seat acceptance fee?
