ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan
perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal dan perspektif
pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran terhadap kinerja PT Parama. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 33
responden. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi kuesioner yang
sebelumnya sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan
analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan ada
pengaruh penerapan Balanced Scorecard yang meliputi empat perspektif yaitu
perspektif keuangan, pespektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan
perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan terhadap kinerja perusahaan PT. Parama.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous financial
perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and growth and
learning perspectives on the performance of PT Parama. This research uses
quantitative descriptive approach, with 33 respondents. Primary data were obtained
from questionnaires filled with questionnaires that had previously been tested for
validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression
analysis.
The results of this study were either partially or simultaneously there was the
influence of Balanced Scorecard implementation which includes four perspectives of
financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective
and then learning and growth perspective on company performance PT. Parama
