have to advertise it because it’s already popular and have a reputation that helps you to
successfully launch the business. However, the disadvantage of franchising is that all the
decisions you’ll make needs the approval of both parties, the franchisor and franchisee.
And you also need to follow the rules that is written on the contract when you need to
decide what’s good for the business.

2. What is the concept of Franchising?

- Franchising is a method of distributing products or services involving a franchisor, who
owns the business, and a franchisee, who purchase to do business under the
franchisor's name.
