- The message of the video is to educate or help others to learn how to make a pancake in
an affordable budget.

2. What is the purpose of the video’s message?

- The purpose of the video is for the viewers to have knowledge about cooking. You can
easily follow it because it is step by step process.

3. How is the message conveyed by the text and/or image in the video?

- The message is conveyed using step by step process in the video.

4. Who is the target audience of the video’s message?

- The target audience is people who wants to learn something new.

5. What other way/s of better presenting video’s message are there?

- For me, it is already perfect because it is detailed and easy to follow.

Activity 2. Critically evaluate the picture that follows. Use the following guide questions
a. What is the message?

- The message of the first picture is when there’s a fire, you must not use elevator but
instead, use stairways. In the second picture, we know that joker is always smiling but we
didn’t know that he is serious. He just really dislike Batman.

b. What is the purpose of the message?

- It is to inform safety precautions to the person who will encounter disaster such as fire.
In the second picture, it informs the audience that even if he is always smiling, there is
something more deep behind that smile.

c. How is the message conveyed by the text and/or image?

- The first picture is conveyed perfectly but in the second picture, I suddenly had
confusions because I don’t really watch joker on movies.

d. Who is the target audience of the message?

- The first picture is for all the people because it is for our safety. The second picture is
for the one who had deeper understanding to joker.

e. What other ways of better presenting the message are there?

- I think the second picture must be more detailed but all in all, it was good.
