GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. The usual classroom teaching-learning in all schools across the globe has been severely affected in
the pandemic situation caused by the communicable disease Covid -19. This necessitates for the
introduction of ‘Model Activity Tasks’ to facilitate the students of our schools to continue their
learning acquisition.

2. Although the usual classroom teaching is withheld due to the wide impact of Covid -19, yet distribution
of Mid-Day Meals to the students through their respective parents/guardians continued uninterrupted
in every month even in the pandemic situation. The parents/guardians have also been provided the
Model Activity Tasks for their respective wards which they are solving while remaining at home. The
parents/guardians are also handing over the worked-out Activity Tasks of their wards, provided to
them in the previous month, to the school for evaluation.

3. It is anticipated that in this pandemic situation the teachers, while evaluating the worked out Activity
Tasks of the students, could identify the possible learning gaps and adopt necessary measures or
remedial to help their respective students acquire the expected learning outcomes.

4. Question papers for different classes carrying fixed total marks have been prepared by compiling
questions from the Model Activity Task papers.

5. The students will write the answers of the questions given in the question papers.

6. The teachers will evaluate the answers being present in their respective schools.

7. It is hoped that the teachers while evaluating the answers will be able to judge the level of expected
learning outcomes of their respective students.
