No.274/2018, has filed the present application for release of maintenance
deposited by the petitioner before the Registrar Judicial of this Court.
In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, which is
supported by an affidavit, it is allowed. The Registrar Judicial is directed
to release the arrears of maintenance, which has been deposited by the
petitioner, in favour of the claimant/respondent no.4 after proper
identification.
Application is disposed of.
