If Juan is against it I am for it. He is as cooky as they come. The other
night he made a short degrogetory remark about CEOs. Juan needs
to realize these people are successful, people we should learn from,
people we should emulate. I wish FOX would start a new series,
"How to make money without working for as little as $25 per month."
The purpose would be to teach people how to buy stocks and bonds.
Obviously Juan cannot host this program. Juan is clueless. Juan is
helping to keep Democrats poor.

Constitutional and every EO is based on current Law, in fact,
a law Obama signed in 2015! So far, not a single EO Trump
has signed has a prayer of being overturned because again
ALL are based on Congressional Passed Laws, the
President's required duties, and the Constitution!

The SCOTUS is no place for a "middle of the road" justice like
Garland. Either you believe that the Constitution should be interpreted
as written, or you don't.  Either you believe that a justice should follow
the Framer's intent or you don't.

Actually that is EXACTLY what it means and that is
EXACTLY how it is defined in the Constitution. The
Judges of the SC don't have ANY power, there job
defined in the Constitution states that they are to rule
only on whether a law is Constitutional or not! Where
does middle of the road come into that? It Judges job
is just like a computer, it's either a Zero or a One,
Yes or No, and lastly Constitutional or Not. It either is
or isn't, there is absolutely NO middle of the road!
SCOTUS should actually only have justices like
Scalia and Thomas on the bench. Every law MUST
be viewed ONLY in the light of the Constitution IE the
Framers!

@JPMacElrath It is no place for anyone who does not rule
strictly based on the original meaning of the words in
constitution.  We have this utter CRAP because of Marbury v
Madison and judicial review.  The SCOTUS is essentially a 9
member super legislature.  That is why Roosevelt tried to
pack it with liberals in February 1937.  Democrats were
actually getting ready to pack it themselves had they won.
 Reid was ON RECORD saying that he left the door opened
for the Donks to nuke the Filibuster if Clinton had won and
the Donks found themselves in the majority in the senate.
 Truth be told, the smart progressives could care less that
clinton lost.  What really torques them is that they knew that
Clinton was a vital stopgap that was absolutely mandatory for
them while they tried to rebuild the party nationally.  They
were on an 8 year rave with Obama.  A Clinton presidency
was going to be the Tylenol the morning after the Rave.  The
problem was that someone dropped arsenic in the Tylenol
bottle. They are the weakest they have been since the
1920's.  To make matters worse, nobody believes anything
the MSM is saying.  They are all outrage, all the time.  They
are impotent rage.  That is all they have left.

executive order it was over reach, under Trump it's "getting things

Actually NOT! The Republicans were not obstructionists, it
was actually Prince Harry who refused to allow over 350
Passed in the House Bills to be brought to the Senate floor
for a Vote! The reason he was doing this, 1) Obstructionist 2)
to protect Obama from Vetoing them and harming is false
image 3) to protect Dumbocrat Senators coming up for
election because if one doesn't vote on a bill there is no
record to defend! Lastly, a fair amount of Obama's EO were
unconstitutional before he signed them for they must be
based on Congressional Law or the Constitution, not what he
feels like or wishes to do! That is the difference. So far, every
single one of Trump's EOs are based on the Constitution or
published Law! The Travel Ban is directly based on a law
Obama signed in 2015 plus additional law that Congress
gave the President the Right to block any person from any
country from entering the US, so remove your head and do
some research before posting false statements and then
crying about it!

that they don't want to help republicans?  If you think about it,
it's republicans who don't want to support their own.  Red
states have the least graduates at all levels.  Least likely to
even attend college, the HIGHEST proportion of people living
at or below the poverty line, the lowest average minimum
wages, the list goes on.   The left are the ones trying to fix
those issues, but are constantly shut down.

things. If you will recall, Obama and
Democrats ended the Great Republican
Recession and started cleaning up the mess
in the Middle East cause by the 2nd Gulf
War.

After liberals managed to infiltrate to control Colleges and education
in general, the media, Hollywood, minorities, illegal immigrants,
LBGT, Unions, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Big Cities, IRS, EPA, the
White House, and government payrolls, Republicans had nothing left
to hang on except the Supreme Court and Congress.  The reason
DEMS are desperate now is because they smell blood in the water. 
The White House is gone, Unions are being swayed over, Minorities
may find solace in Trump, Immigration Issue might be resolved once
and for all, IRS might get a new Cop in town, so are the DOJ and
State Dep't.  Holy COW!!!  They are scared to death!!!!!!!

as if there is some collective conspiracy among the left and
their entire goal is to "infiltrate" and ruin everything.  It
couldn't possibly be that people go to college to actually
learn... NO WAY.  It's kinda funny to me when people like you
 claim college is tainted by liberal ideals.  Have you ever
actually been there?  I have yet to see a definitive proof of
that claim.  Personally, I think it's just an excuse people on
the right use because when it comes down to it, they simply
don't value education and often strip every last penny they
can out of educational budgets.  From there, they convince
themselves that college is beneath them and can
conveniently deny all knowledge because, well, it's just liberal
nonsense.  Truly sad state.

all income. No exceptions for states with low income. Then let
them open savings accounts to pay for their own healthcare.
That ought to get the 50% not working in south to get up and
