Good day! We are the Grade 12 – ABM AA students of the University of Cebu – Banilad
Campus. Currently, we are conducting a study on determining the relationship between the two
variables entitled “A Correlational Study of the Relationship between Advertisements of
Products and Consumer Behavior” in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the subject
Practical Research 2.
We conduct an online survey via Google Forms to achieve this purpose. We’ll gather some
personal information as well as data on your buying behavior. This survey will take around 5 to
10 minutes to complete and will be completed via Google Forms. Feel sure that any data
obtained will be managed with the utmost discretion and secrecy. Only the researchers and
research adviser will have access to the data gathered.
