Definition of the Problem
Disney Development Co. has violated a contractual conflict of
interest. This is an agreement between an employee, employer,
or company aimed at protecting both parties from actions that
could lead to conflict. The essence or problem of a given case
study is a misunderstanding by both parties. To avoid this
breach, conflicts of interest can often be resolved through open
and honest conversations. Do not confuse the Metsä Group
business with the business of family members, close friends, or
other related parties. When it comes to personal close contact,
always stay clear and open from all decisions.
Objectives
• For Disney to continue its plan and
agreement with Heidrich Project
fairly and without conspiracy.
• To be fair, equal and honest in both
parties of Disney and Heidrich with
regards of their proposed plans and
agreements.

issues and achieving their goals with their
planned projects at the same time.

are currently resolving could lead to a distraction
and could delay their planned projects.
Recommendation
The group would recommend alternative
#1 by discussing the matters of Disney's
with Heidrichs for everyone's favor.
Conclusion
• In conclusion, our group chose the first alternative since it
states that they should choose to discuss matters with Heidrichs
that can be favorable to everyone. This could settle their
problem and have an understanding with each other. But even
if both parties do not agree with each other, lawsuit would be
present.
