Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis laporan keuangan konsolidasi kantor pusat dan
kantor cabang PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, yang berlokasi di sudirman plaza indofood
tower 21th floor Jl. Jend. Sudirman kav.76-78 Jakarta, 12910. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam
penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan kantor pusat dan kantor cabang tahun 2018
serta laporan keuangan tahunan untuk periode 2018. Serta jurnal transaksi internal dan
jurnal eliminasi antara kantor pusat dan kantor cabang. Penelitian didukung dengan
laporan auditor independen, laporan keuangan konsolidasi, dan catatan atas laporan
keuangan untuk periode 2018.

Abstract
PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (the Company) was established in the Republic
of Indonesia on August 14, 1990 under its original name PT Panganjaya Intikusuma,
based on Notarial Deed No. 228 of Benny Kristianto, S.H. The deed of establishment was
approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in its Decision Letter No. C2
2915.HT.01.01.Th’91 dated July 12, 1991, and was published in the Supplement No. 611 of
State Gazette No. 12 dated February 11, 1992. The Company’s Articles of Association has
been amended several times. The latest amendments of the Company’s Articles of
Association were in connection with the shareholders’ approval for the amendments of the
Company’s Articles of Association to comply with the Regulations of Financial Services
Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or OJK) as stipulated in Notarial Deed No. 22 of Kumala
Tjahjani Widodo, S.H. M.H. Mkn, dated May 8, 2015. The amendments were approved by the
Minister of Laws and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Decision Letter No. AHU
- 0936677.AH.01.02. Tahun 2015 dated June 5, 2015 and were published in
the Supplement No. 44146 of State Gazette No. 89 dated November 6, 2015.
The Company’s head office is located at Sudirman Plaza, Indofood Tower, 27th Floor, Jl.
Jend. Sudirman Kav. 76 - 78, Jakarta, Indonesia, while the Company and its Subsidiaries’
factories and estates are situated in various locations in Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan,
Sulawesi islands and Malaysia. The Company started its commercial
operations in 1990
