The given diagram depicts the traditional process of producing coffee.

Overall, the whole manufacturing


process is divided into 12 various stages, commencing with the manual sorting process and ending with
the packed products being sold.

In particular, as is illustrated in the diagram, sorted beans after being cleaned with the use of a sieve is
place outside for four weeks. During this period, coffee beans are racked and turned regularly to dry
completely. Thereafter, they are stored in a silo, ready to be sent to mill by a truck.

The procedure continues with the hulling and grading process so that beans are categorized into
different sizes and qualities. The beans after being sorted are put into bags to be transferred to coffee
shops. There, coffee beans can also be roasted and sold as instant coffee.
