Overall, a
job offer can be publicized either by advertising within the media or corporate, or with the help of
external recruitment agencies.

The first way of hiring staff is to announce the vacancies within the company. Initially, all the eligible
candidates are added to the shortlist. Thereafter, applicants who pass the interview will get the job. This
process is quite similar to the method using press advertisement; however, apart from being
interviewed, there is also another option which is participating in an exam to select those who are
compatible with the position being offered.

Another approach of employment is finding an external recruitment agency which publishes


announcements by both the agency itself and the company. After the employer have received the
shortlist, the Human Resources department will arrange interviews to find the most suitable person for
the job.
