It is obvious that in the modern society, online classes have become familiar with teachers and

students all over the world. Some people hold a strong belief that digital learning offer convenience,
as well as an increase in efficiency to learners while others claim that it can not be compared
favourably with real classes. Personally, I lean towards the second viewpoint for a number of
reasons below.

On the one hand, some people might argue that online learning is more convenient since students
do not have to commute to school, and therefore, it means that they are less likely to be late for
class. However, studying through online platforms may lead to several health problems. For
example, since online learning is a sedentary work and it also requires starring at the screen for a
long time, pupils using this learning method are more likely to have backache or impared eyesights.
Moreover, the price of technological devices are relatively high, and therefore children with
disadvantaged background may have difficulies in attending online classes since they can not afford
a hi-tech gadget.

On the other hand, it is true to state that face-to-face learning is a method that can be applied to
everyone. Besides those who have financial difficulties, it would be easier for juniors to study in a
real school since they can not concentrate on the lessons if there are no one to supervise them.
Apart from that, students can practice their socializing skills in person with friends or teachers in
class instead of communicating through social media. Moreover, there will be less unexpected
problems such as low signals or microphone troubles while studying online.

In conclusion, attending face-to-face classes is a more effective way of learning compared to online
sessions.
