ethnic groups who have either lived in or invaded the country.
Egyptians place a high value on family and are expected to be loyal to their entire
extended families. On Fridays, the Muslim holy day, most businesses are closed,
with some also closed on Thursdays. During the month of Ramadan, Egyptian
Muslims are only allowed to work for six hours per day.
