Leadership 

is the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a


common goal. In a business setting, this can mean directing workers and
colleagues with a strategy to meet the company's needs.

Leadership can be described as follows:

1.Strategic

Person should always plan some strategies when he is leading a group pf


people.

2.Sociable

The leader needs to a social person i.e. interactive and puts his efforts first while
talking to others.

3.Supportive

Being a strong support system for each and every one in the group is one of the
important leadership skills.

4.Spontenous

Being a spontaneous leader means being able to not just react to the occasion


but, more importantly, to anticipate it.

5.Sincere

A sincere leader will look for opportunities to reward and praise outstanding
performance but will not shrink from making needed corrections or
administering discipline which will help the team and the individual.

6.Smart

Intellectual superiority gives leaders the ability to solve problems, make


decisions and essentially have the smarts to be good leaders.

7. Self- assured

Leadership involves influencing others and self-assurance allows the leader


to feel assured that his or her attempts to influence are appropriate and right.
