The barn is a place for storing rice and also a symbol of the prosperity of the Sasak tribe. The shape of
the barn and the building is very interesting in the form of a house on stilts, the room is divided into
two, the first is at the top of the barn and the second is at the bottom of the barn. the material used is
also very local and simple.

Description :

The barn is commonly known and spread in rural communities where this barn is a building used to
store natural products by rural communities such as rice, corn, etc. Usually this barn is like a berugak
that has levels. The top level is used to store natural products, this is used to keep away from animals
that often eat or can damage rice or corn such as rats, so it is not surprising that people make barns with
towering heights. One granary is usually owned by five to six heads of families because the burial
requires a ceremony that costs a lot and has many requirements. The function of the barn building is to
prevent rats and pests from entering because it has a towering roof
