Why the Role Exits –

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the conceptualization, development, implementation,
and monitoring of integrated communications, Digital growth and stakeholder management
initiatives to generate visibility and goodwill for OjirehPrime, support corporate communication
and growth objectives, mitigate reputational risk/crises and summarily drive differentiation and
competitive advantage for the OjirehPrime brand.

Responsible for all corporate communication, reputation management and media relations for
OjirehPrime, and also all internal communications. Includes all online and social media activity
and all internal and external communications

Tell OjirehPrime story to a broadening, high-level audience in order to drive awareness of the
new brand and showcase OjirehPrime as a leader in Digital Banking. You will work intimately
with our Digital Growth team to showcase their voices. Your stories will reach millions of
people both in Nigeria and as we expand globally. The result of your work will elevate
OjirehPrime brand, drive product awareness, and support our hiring efforts.

Key Job Accountabilities

 Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive


proactive communications program that promotes the OjirehPrime key corporate
messages and support the overall strategic aims of the business

Key Result:

 Create unified communications calendar across


content, social and press to increase Mobile app
download by 65% QoQ
 Increase media placements by influencers QoQ
from 0 to 5 by the end of Q1
 Optimize blogs to rank for 5 specific search terms
to increase organic traffic by 75% QoQ
 Boost monthly downloads of mobile app by 10,000
months on month.

o This Objective is successful when 86% of the key result is
achieved.

 Lead all communication and public relations planning and execution, monitor progress
and evaluate performance against agreed targets set out in the OjirehPrime
organizational goal

Key Result:

 Launch 5 new ad campaigns


 Reach 1M viewers with the new ad campaign by Q1
 Get 20 media placements and speak/partner at 10
conferences by the end of Q1

result is achieved

 Manage the Communications team with responsibility for all internal and external
communications

Key Result:

 Release 6 regular bi-weekly press-release


publications on OjirehPrime offerings online/offline
 Hold 5 webinars with 50+ participants about the
new product features by the end of Q1
 Increase the community group members from 0 to
6,000 members by the end of Q1
 Create a brand book for internal and external
usage, provide all design assets

 This Objective is successful when 82% of the key
result is attained

 Develop clear corporate messages and ensure that it is deployed consistently across the
group and to all external stakeholders
 Develop communications channels, including social media, to ensure the OjirehPrime
key messages are communicated effectively to a wide audience

Key Result:

 Achieve 100 LinkedIn shares on at least one press


piece
 Secure a speaking spot for our CEO at TED
 30,000 views on new corporate video and 100,000
downloads by the end of Q1
 Grow social media followers to 50,000/70,000 by
the end of Q1

 Where appropriate, devise and implement targeted media and PR campaigns that build
awareness of OjirehPrime with stakeholders.

Key Result:

 Publish 15 press pieces in the relevant publications

 Host 5 industry meetups with 100+ participants
each in Q1
 Speak on 2 conferences
 Reach 500k viewers with PR activities

 Manage OjirehPrime reputation in the media, co-ordinate media interest in the


organization and ensure regular contact with target media contacts and influencers
Key Result:
Secure 2 speaking spots at the Annual TechFest in Lagos
 Manage outreach to ensure it is all across geographic regions
 Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality colleagues through
coaching and development
 Supervise the management/editing/quality control of the OjirehPrime website for
optimal user experience and effectiveness.

 Increase monthly website visitors from 100 to


100,000 by the end of Q1
 Boost NPS score to 8
