BDO What should | do if | cannot view my UITF/EIP placements BDO Online Banking page’ Dear Client, \dly follow the steps below to enable viewing of your Trust account/s: 1. From the NAVIGATE table, choose "Enrollment" 2. Choose option "Trust Account” 3. Choose option "Enable Viewing’ 4, Put a check mark on the box "Yes, | want to Banking” 5. Click "Submit" iew my Trust Account in BDO Online You should be able to view your Trust account/ after two banking days. * If the list of accounts is incomplete or not updated: 1. From the NAVIGATE table, choose "Enrollment" 2. Choose option "Trust Account" 3. Choose option "Manage Account” 4, Click "Update My Trust Account" 5. Make sure that the boxes corresponding to your trust accounts have check marks, then click "Submit". 6. Answer the challenge question If you are still encountering a problem viewing Trust account/s in the Online Banking facility after following the steps above, kindly send us an email at investments@bdo.com.ph with the following information: Name Birthday Branch of Account Type of Trust Investment a) UITE b) EIP Thank you.
