ILLEGAL ENCROACHMENT ON BRO (GREF) LAND AT BUDHAL DISTT

1. Please refer MoD (BR) ID No 04/963/2019/D(BR-1) dated 22 Sep 2021
received vide HQ DGBR letter No 43004/Comp/SPK/DGBR/90/West Dte dated 27
Sep 2021.

2. It is intimated that the with respect to complain made, fwg facts need to be
stated for better clarification: -

(a) Ab Qayoom Naik has his ownership land bearing Khasra No 231, 228,
232 and 233 on R-K-B road. Approximately 1 Kanal land is being encroached
at the road side.

(b) Ab Qayoom Naik has his ownership land bearing Khasra No 1488,
2,3,6, 1456 on B-M-G road. Approximately 14 Marla land is being encroached
at the road side.

(c) Khurshid lone has given is land on lease to 110 RCC and hence point
of encroachment could not be stablished.

3. The Budhal area is a market area and after development of road from Cl-9 to
NHDL specification, the construction activities have increased manifold due to boost
in eunormal development.

4. The action against encroaches are being undertaken as per the Ribbon
development Act and further facts will be corroborated better with revenue officials
