This matter coming on to be heard, and being heard at the August 13, 2018 session of civil Superior Court sitting in Buncombe upon the Motion of Plaintiff to Amend the Judgment entered by the Honorable Alan Z. Thomburg on November 27, 2017 for the purposes of adding the Answer of the Guardian ad Litem. The Court, having reviewed the motion, examined the documents and heard the argument of counsel agrees that the motion should be granted and the judgment amended. It is therefore ORDERED as follows: 1. That the Judgment entered in this matter on November 27, 2017 is hereby amended to reflect that He Adaramola, served as the Guardian ad Litem for the unknown and unnamed heirs of James Donald Hughey. 2. That the Answer of the Guardian ad Litem shall be added to the Court file, 3. That pursuant to the Answer of the Guardian ad Litem, after a diligent search, no heirs of James Donald Hughey were found. 4, Except as set forth herein, the Judgment of November 27, 2017 entered in this matter shall remain in full force and effect.
