1.0 BUSINESS DESRIPTION

The name of the business is keysight computer accessories. It is located in Meru town,
along majmazuri road, opposite kongowea police stati on. It is a sole proprietorship
business off ering products accessories such as keyboards, power supply, mouse,
monitors, scanners, disk drive, and harddisk, among others.

2.0 MARKETING PLAN

The business is set to market its products by fi rst adverti sing through social
media,televisions and through our website contact for enquires from customers who will
have been interested with our products.

3.0 ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN

The organizati on of keysight computer accessories will be based on diff erent ranks in
order to manage the business. The company will have the structure of its team of
managers, salesmen and women. The management will be as follows 2IT managers
followed by3sales representati ve, 5secretaries and 2cleaners.

4.0 PRODUCTION AND OPERATION PLAN

Keysight computer accessories will have various,labour and other requirements to get
their products and be able to render the products to customers. The faciliti es needed for
operati on of goods in keysight computer accessories are Transport faciliti es like we will
have atleast 2lorries for transportati on of 30c.p.u, 50monitors,70keyboards, 100power
supplys,20TVscreens each of the lorry.

5.0 FINANCIALPLAN
The capital to start the business will be raised from my savings and a small loan to
compliment the savings from Soluti on Sacco. I will be required to raise a maximum of
kshs.100 000 from my savings and a loan of 200,000 shillings. In total, the business will
start with sh 300,000 and below is the investment plan.
