EXECUTIVESUMMARY
1.0 BUSINESS DESRIPTION

The business to be started is modern cyber café which will provide online services such as Ntsa services,

kra services, e-citizen services as well as printing and other small scale ICT services.it will be located at

mikinduri market opposite ST. Massimo secondary school along mikinduri Maua road.

2.0MARKETING PLAN
I intend to market my business through well-designed posters, social media platforms such as
WhatsApp groups, telegram channels, Facebook and Instagram.

3.0 ORGANIZATION AND ANAGEMENT PLAN

The business will have one person for a start mainly the owner who will still be the manager.
She will be tasked with the overall management and day to day operations of the business.

4.0 PRODUCTION AND OPERATION PLAN

The business intends to rent a small office space and procure at least two computers and a printer for a
start. The business will also purchase rims of printing papers, lamination machines, lamination papers,
toners, staplers, paper punch, pins and shredding machine among others.

5.0 FINANCIALPLAN
The capital to start the business will be raised from my savings. I will be required to raise an

initial capital of 150,000 ksh in total. And below is the investment plan.
