EXECUTIVESUMMARY

1.0 BUSINESS DESRIPTION

The business to be started is modern smartphone servicing center which will provide all mobile phone

hard ware and software repair services such as screen replacement, charging system repairs and general

servicing of the smart phones. It will be located along Meru Maua road at KCB building opposite

safaricom center.

2.0 MARKETING PLAN

I plan to market my business through social media platforms such as WhatsApp groups
telegram channels, Facebook and Instagram. Besides, I will print business cards and design
posters that contains a list of the services that I will be offering.

3.0 ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN

The business will have a small management team comprised of 5 members
The manager, two technicians and two sales persons. The manager will be tasked with the
overall management of the business while the technicians will be tasked with all the repair
services while the sales persons will reach out to potential clients through the marketing plan.

4.0 PRODUCTION AND OPERATION PLAN

We plan to partner with major mobile companies such as techno, infinix, Samsung as our major suppliers
of the required accessories. We will procure a phone diagnostic software which will be used to check and
diagnose the faults that need to be repaired on the phones we receive. Besides we will acquire all the
stock roms of the major phones in the market.

5.0 FINANCIALPLAN
The capital to start the business will be raised from my savings and a small loan to compliment

the savings from KCB bank. I will be required to raise a maximum of kshs.60, 000 from my

savings and a loan of 40,000 shillings. In total, the business will start with sh 100,000 and below

is the investment plan.
