1.0 BUSINESS DESRIPTION

The business to be started is state of heart electrical and electronics shop. Which will provide all

electrical related goods and services such as bulbs, electrical power cables, as well as electrical repairs

and general services .it is located in kenya, meru county, Maua town.

2.0 MARKETING PLAN

I plan to market my business through social media platforms such as WhatsApp groups telegram
channels, Facebook and Instagram. Besides, I will print business cards and design posters that
contains a list of the services that I will be offering.

3.0 ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN

The business will have a small management team comprised of 5 members
The manager, two technicians and two sales persons. The manager will be tasked with the
overall management of the business while the technicians will be tasked with all the repair

4.0 PRODUCTION AND OPERATION PLAN

We plan to partner with general electronics company as our major suppliers of the required accessories.
We will procure a point of sale software which will be used to record daily sales and provide daily
monthly and yearly reports as well as all the accounting associated with the business.

5.0 FINANCIALPLAN
The capital to start the business will be raised from my savings and a small loan to compliment

the savings from co-operative bank bank. I will be required to raise a maximum of kshs. 150,000

and below is the investment plan.
